Oostakker
Route O/

In the 1930s, Oostakker had a cave, where not only a miracle supposed to have taken place, but also (because of this) got the same name as its famous French counterpart. The tram then provided a smooth connection.

Postcard from my collection, edited by the local bookshop ST. Liévin, photo: Fr. Rouckhout — Pauwels (Gent).
