| Trolejbusy VETRA ELR byly stavěny za využití podvozku a karoserie autobusu Berliet PLR. Pro dopravce toto řešení znamenalo výhodu unifikace náhradních dílů mezi autobusy a trolejbusy. Saint-Étienne si stejně jako Marseille a Nice objednalo trolejbusy ELR 10 tj. se silnějším motorem (140HP≈103kW). Po roce 1975 došlo k odstranění stanoviště průvodčího u zadních dveří. Trolejbus byl vyřazen bez rekonstrukce, které jinak proběhly na vozech stejného typu, tj. zůstaly mu zachovány zadní dveře i původní lakování. Trolleybuses VETRA ELR were built using the chassis and body of the bus Berliet PLR . For carriers, this solution had the advantage of unifying spare parts between buses and trolleybuses. Saint-Étienne, like Marseille and Nice, ordered ELR 10 trolleybuses with a more powerful engine (140HP≈103kW). After 1975, conductor's seat at the rear door was removed.
