When I visited the city, only a short stretch (actually 2) was subject to test runs. I took a look to the entire route. There are a total of 3 sections without overhead wires and the official reason is aesthetic.

I'm not going to accept bets because there is still some margin: festivities for the public will take place on 10 May 2025.
Wait and see. 28 April would be perfect for me personally...
10 May would be not special, just celebrating the end of the works with music (and beer...).
