... please check the date of the photo. The photo was taken at the terminus "Karlstor". The route from Bismarkplatz across the Hauptstrasse to Karlstor was closed on 04.07.1976. The photo must have been taken before 04.07.1976.

OK, this was the author's second attempt, which was also apparently wrong.
So the photo was taken between 1968 and July 1976. I will adjust it accordingly. Greetings from Zoersel :-)
