Стандартная сцена, которую можно наблюдать теперь по всему Ташкенту: разобранная трамвайная линия, а рядом кучка голосующих пассажиров на обочине.
Пассажиры собираются сразу за перекрёстками, в начале стержневых коридоров, или у бывших остановок ОТ.
В данном случае пассажиры ловят всё, что едет в начале бывшего трамвайного коридора по МКАД, рядом с вокзалом.

A standard scene played out all over Tashkent these days: a dismantled tram line with hitchhiking passengers on a curbside next to it.
Passengers usually gather at the far side of intersections, at the mouth of major road corridors, or near former public transit stops.
In this case passengers scramble for anything that moves along the former MKAD tramway corridor, near the main railroad station.
